Refund policy

You are welcome to return your purchase for a store credit or exchange for another item. As a small business that makes most garments to order, we do not offer refunds (unless an item is deemed faulty).
To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact me at studiokatiegray@gmail.com. Return postage must be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds
If an item is deemed faulty, a refund/return is eligible. I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
