EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You are welcome to return your purchase for a store credit or exchange for another item. As a small business that makes most garments to order, we do not offer refunds (unless an item is deemed faulty).
To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact me at studiokatiegray@gmail.com. Return postage must be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Please don't hesitate to message me if you have any questions.

Please note that bikini bottoms and one-pieces are not eligible for a refund due to hygiene reasons. Custom made garments (including measurement adjustments) are also not eligible for a refund/return.
